If you prefer training on a one-to-one basis, then private training is ideal. You will receive the full attention of an instructor for the full hour, allowing for a more personal session which will be tailored to suit your goals. This is because each of our students is different, whether they aspire to lose weight, gain confidence before joining an open session or build strength.
The structure that the session takes will be decided by the instructor to cater for the individual’s needs, but generally will cover various aspects of Muay Thai training, from strength to cardio. This is done through resistance exercises, stretching and pad work. Sparring can also be incorporated if desired.
