Open to women of all ages and experience, this class is designed to allow women to train in complete comfort without the distraction of men.
Through a combination of Muay Thai pad work and circuits, we focus on serious fat burn, boosting overall metabolic rate and shaping areas of concern such as the stomach and thighs. Stretching routines will also ensure that flexibility and lengthening of the muscles are achieved while core training will work on balance, stability and posture.
The class will change from week to week to keep motivation and interest high while also keeping your body guessing, so you’ll never get stuck in a plateau. If you want to hit strength, cardio and functional training all in one enjoyable session, then this class is for you.
